SmarTrack S5

The SmarTrack S5 is a Thatcham S5–approved tracking device, designed to meet the highest standard of vehicle security. It combines advanced tracking capabilities with driver recognition technology to deliver maximum protection.

 

Tested and certified to Thatcham S5 specifications, the system utilises GPS/GLONASS, GPRS, and GSM networks to ensure precise and reliable location tracking. An internal backup battery maintains functionality even if the vehicle’s primary power supply is disconnected, while continuous monitoring of battery voltage and ignition status provides additional security intelligence. In the event of an alert, Global Telemetrics’ 24/7 monitoring centre will immediately contact you to confirm the safety of your vehicle.

 

Driver Recognition

In line with Thatcham S5 requirements, the SmarTrack S5 incorporates a driver recognition system to verify authorised use of the vehicle. This is delivered through the D-iD mobile app, which securely authenticates the driver, preventing unauthorised operation and ensuring compliance with the S5 criteria.

    Fantastic customer service

    Mark & Scott have been so helpful with the installation of a tracker in one of our fleet cars, with Scott fitting a tracker that wasn't working due to it being out of action for a while, and returning after the weekend to install a new unit.

    Nothing has been too much trouble, Scott explained why the first unit wasn't working and even spoke to the suppliers on our behalf, he then offered to come back to refit as soon as it was it confirmed it was not tracking, this is service on another level
